Long form vlog and talking-head edits for youtubers: cinematic color grading, smooth custom motion graphics and careful pacing
An Edited Vlog Of ANA & ALEX
A creative re-edit of an ANA & ALEX vlog, designed to explore how motion design, sound, and intentional pacing can elevate a clean, cut-based vlog format. I rebuilt the viewing experience with custom typography, glass-style motion graphics, animated transitions, colour grading, smooth motion treatments, and detailed sound design.

I also created custom animated elements, including a bespoke subscribe animation, to give the video a stronger visual identity while keeping the edit natural and engaging. The project focused on improving rhythm, clarity, and energy through pacing, SFX, transitions, and polished motion details. The accompanying workflow screenshots show the edit developed in Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion.

Talking-Head Transform
Motion Design That Keeps Attention
This before-and-after edit transforms a simple talking-head video into a more engaging visual experience. I used smooth kinetic text, iOS-inspired widget animations, glass-effect graphics, and custom motion design to support the key points on screen.

Careful pacing, background music, and sound effects keep the video moving naturally while maintaining focus on the speaker. The included Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion screenshots show the editing and motion-design workflow behind the final result.

Minimal Motion, Maximum Clarity
This before-and-after edit adds a clean, modern visual layer to a talking-head video without taking focus away from the message. Smooth typography, subtle text animation, and iOS inspired widget graphics bring important ideas to life while matching the calm, minimal tone of the video.

Every animation, sound effect, and pacing choice was kept intentional and refined creating an edit that feels polished, clear, and engaging. The Final Cut Pro and Apple Motion workflow screenshots show how the edit and custom motion graphics came together.
